At Latika Heat Exchanger Industries we follow strict quality control measures as we recognize the importance of providing High Quality products to our customers. We have a experienced Quality Control Team which makes sure that the materials used such as copper tube, aluminium, distributors, Headers, Brazing Rod are of high quality and meet the required ASTM/ASME standards.

Our Q.C team examines each coil at different states of manufacturing such as Fin Punching, Brazing, Welding, expansion , testing and assembling. Once the coil is fully assembled the coil undergoes a final inspection.

1)Brazing

We provide manual oxygen- acetylene torch brazing. Most brazing processes are performed using procedures that are qualified in accordance with the standard.

2)Leak Testing

Every Coil is leak tested before dispatch . The method involved is charging the coil with dry nitrogen at minimum of 450 to 500 P.S.I and then placing the coil under water, which helps to detect even the minor of any leakages. The Test pressure is changed accordingly to the strength of raw materials used.

3)Packaging

The Final assembled coil is then wrapped with Thick Brown packaging paper to protect it from any damages during transit As per customer requirement custom made wooden crates are also built for the coil. These wooden crates give proper support and added protection so that the product is delivered safely at customers end
